Syndicated Reports
Because our reports are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally cannot offer refunds once a report has been downloaded or accessed. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
Repetitive Payment: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting us at refunds@markinsights.co with your order reference.
Custom Research & Consulting
Refund terms for custom research engagements are governed by the individual statement of work agreed at project initiation. Where no specific terms are agreed, the following defaults apply:
- Payments made before research commencement: refundable minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred. - Payments made after delivery of the draft deliverable: non-refundable.

Conclusiveness of Purchase: Considering the proprietary nature of our data-based digital products, no purchases of market research reports, data sets, and other deliverables will be refundable.
Delivery of Research: The delivery of any report or other deliverable will be done online by e-mail or cloud-based systems on mutually agreed timelines from the date of receipt of payment or order for the product.
No Cancellations or Exchanges: After delivery of the product or starting of subscription services, any request for cancellation, exchange, or refund will not be entertained.
